After working for various advertising agencies and design consultancies in the North West, Oceanblue GFX was
formed by Paul Shipp in early 2003. Having worked in the graphic design and production services industry since
1985, we now help clients creatively and effectively with their marketing projects, offering a 'more personal service'.

Recent growth has seen us move into purpose built offices on the outskirts of Preston offering easy access to the
city and motorway network with ample free parking.
